Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesExcellent And Convenient Lo... — Excellent and convenient location I’m downtown Highwood. Close to the metra, dining, entertainment, and stores. Walk-friendly. This place is very open to pets and they are all so friendly and well-trained. Ruth was so pleasant and easy to work with during the entire process. There is a really cool coffee and hot chocolate machine in the community room that is undeniably an added value. All in all, tenants and friendly and respectful. A safe and cozy community that I would recommend

We moved in July of 2020 from San Diego, and let me just tell you that where these apartments are located, it’s second to none. We are walking distance to a restaurant row of incredible restaurants, Lake Michigan, bike paths, beautiful neighborhoods, grocery stores, car repair shops, forest preserves, and so much more. It doesn’t get any better, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arrive North Shore and will give our experience a 5 star rating every day

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of so many great restaurants and the metra, and the staff is so helpful. The only downside is the cost, but that's the case everywhere in this area.
